Everyone in Peartree, Missouri is gathering to help Peter win the heart of his true love, Mary the Milkmaid. As a guest, you will help Peter decipher the clues of the 12 days of Christmas and serenade the young lovers while you enjoy a delicious three-course meal at one of St. Charles' most revered restaurants, The Mother-In-Law House.

The Mother-In-Law House is an excellent dining location and provides a charmingly elegant atmosphere for a special holiday event that we encourage you to share with friends and loved ones. All the fun of Gift of The Magi, Agatha Christie Mysteries and A Christmas Story rolled into one memorable night of great food, your favorite Christmas songs and holiday cheer.

To enhance your holiday experience, a 20-minute pre-dinner carriage ride around St. Charles’ beautiful cobblestone street and riverfront is also being offered to our guests for an additional $52.95. This event is a special fundraiser for The South Main Preservation Society to support its continued efforts to produce The St. Charles Christmas Traditions Festival. Free street and parking lot parking available.
